Comment metadata would be useful on smart playlist

Description
It would be wonderful to have ability to filter by comment metadata field. I would think it would not be that hard feature to add. At least I have comments that mean "person x hates this" or "this is success with group x" that make it easier to build playlist that suits everybody.
