Treat CUE sheets like they were CDs

When a .cue file is opened by Max, there are a number of features that are not available, which are available when a CD is inserted.

First of all one cannot extract a "single file plus (embedded) cuesheet". Unregarding the preperences set, a 'convert' operation brings single files.

Secondly, it seems impossible to make a MB lookup for track info. This is especially important because flac w/ embedded cuesheets don't store track data, so it could be retrieved from MB

MusicBrainz? lookups should work for cue sheets, if the disc is in their database.
